Seems my summer tote is a hit!
Yay!
Jodi’s co-worker has seen and loved the one I made for her, so she ordered one of her own. The fabric she choose looks so cute and really makes this tote a great transition piece between summer and fall. The burgundy lining choice worked well too. The color is rich and pretty.
For Mike’s cousin’s wife, (cousin-in-law?) Adrienne. She went with the adorable letter set. A is for Ava. A is for Awwwww.
And she also requested a summer tote. This one was done in the blue-green light patterned fabric from repro depot. And it too looks lovely. I put light blue inside and used coordinating buttons inside and outside.
And finally, I rec’vd a great order from Gunnar in Texas. He chose the summer tote to go with the other items he picked from my current inventory. This is for his friend Emily, her birthday is in August and she loves lilac and lavendar. And I love to oblige.

Hello,
I’ve commented on your bags before in craftgrrl. They’re always AWESOME! I wanted to ask you if you do custom bags. I have some fabric I bought a long time ago and I would like to make a messenger bag out of it, but I really don’t know where to start and honestly, I just don’t have time to do it. I’m always at work.
Thank you,
Leah Housley (sycamorechick)
